This year, to celebrate the 24th edition of the International Youth Conference, from 24th to 27th September 2026 in Krusevo, we will bring together some of the most active young people from the region to work jointly towards the European future of the region. The 24th International Youth Conference, “European Values for the Future of the SEE Region,” aims to track and evaluate the progress achieved in fostering youth empowerment, democracy-building, human rights and sustainable development across the SEE region.
This is the official application form for the 24th edition of the International Youth Conference. Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application. Should you have any additional questions, you may contact us by email, and we will respond as soon as possible.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
The conference will bring together 58 participants from countries of the SEE region: North Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Türkiye. Guests from partner youth organisations from Germany, France and Poland will also participate as mentors, sharing experiences from the successful reconciliation processes in their countries. The International Youth Conference will offer scholarships to 58 participants, covering accommodation, meals and 80% of eligible travel expenses. Other applicants who wish to participate but are not selected for a scholarship may attend by covering their own participation expenses. All important details will be shared by email.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?
You are eligible if you:
Are between 18 and 35 years old at the time of the conference;
Have demonstrated commitment to creating positive change in the region;
Demonstrate an interest in the EU integration of the SEE region;
Address key local and/or regional issues through your work or engagement;
Are a citizen of one of the participating countries.
Applicants are requested to complete the online application form. The information entered in the form will be transferred directly into our database. Therefore, please ensure that all information, particularly your email and postal addresses, is accurate before submitting your application.

The call for participants will remain open until 8 September 2026 at 23:59 CET. Applicants can expect to receive the results shortly after the application period closes.
